Logan Frank, our esteemed CEO at Meda Health, leads with over a decade of expertise in the staffing industry. With a profound understanding of client development, strategic sourcing, and operational enhancement, Logan’s leadership extends to our travel nursing, allied, and school divisions. His strategic vision and dynamic team-building skills have culminated in an environment fostering high performance and a clear, cohesive roadmap.
Logan’s rich background, including leadership roles at Aequor Healthcare Services and United Staffing Solutions, Inc., cements his ability to devise both short-term and long-term client and recruiting strategies, making him an invaluable asset to our company.

Sarah has five years’ experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Her experience began as a recruiter in the travel nurse industry. As recruiter for a large industry player, she rose to the level of Senior Director of Recruitment after continuously placing a record number of nurses, directing and training teams of recruiters, and assuming day to day operations over the entire recruitment division. Her knowledge of the healthcare industry, and in particular, the development of strong relationships up and down the vertical, has advanced individuals and entire teams to surpass corporate and individual goals. Sarah believes in valuing every clinician and recruiter, she uses independent judgment and looks at the larger picture to manage company-wide initiatives that help achieve long-term goals.

Dan has spent the past 15 years of his career in the staffing industry. Throughout his tenure he has managed clients in a variety of verticals including hospitals, allied healthcare, government, and schools. He has experience working with a major school district in Los Angeles County. By mirroring the exact needs of the client he was able to provide top-tier clinicians for the children in need of care. Dan has always viewed relationships with clients as true partnerships and the key to success is understanding every aspect of the client with no detail too small.
