Thomas Miller is a healthcare staffing executive with more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, and leading high-growth workforce organizations. As chief executive officer of Meda Health, Tom is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term growth.
Throughout his career, Tom has helped transform and scale healthcare staffing organizations ranging from emerging growth companies to nationally recognized enterprises, generating hundreds of millions in annual revenue. His expertise spans travel nursing, allied health, MSP/VMS, workforce technology, operations, sales, and business development.

Dan has spent the past 15 years of his career in the staffing industry. Throughout his tenure he has managed clients in a variety of verticals including hospitals, allied healthcare, government, and schools. He has experience working with a major school district in Los Angeles County. By mirroring the exact needs of the client he was able to provide top-tier clinicians for the children in need of care. Dan has always viewed relationships with clients as true partnerships and the key to success is understanding every aspect of the client with no detail too small.
